A Spirit of Service at HKIS

At HKIS, service is central to our mission to educate students for lives of service and significance. Guided by Christian principles, students learn from Reception 1 to ask, “How can I help?”—and act with kindness, responsibility, and purpose. Through daily interactions and hands-on experiences, they grow into compassionate change-makers, connecting classroom learning with real-world impact.

This year, we celebrate the launch of our Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Pathway, empowering young learners in English and Mandarin. The opening of the Dragon Center for Activities & Athletics (DCAA) provides a vibrant space for wellness and community. We also recognize the evolving leadership of Lindsay Ernst and Jamie Halula, whose roles continue to shape our school’s direction.

These milestones are made possible by our generous community. Your support ensures HKIS remains a place where faith meets action—and where education inspires lives of lasting impact.
